Shipping is by FedEx or UPS Standard
delivery and includes insurance and
internet tracking. Usual delivery
times to U.S. destinations are three
to seven business days depending
on the distance. If you would like
faster delivery please let us know,
and we will invoice you for the difference
in shipping costs. Please report
any damage to items within 48 hours
as per UPS and FedEx policy.
Our American customers
are not subject to sales tax.
International Shipments Actual shipping
charges will apply for international
shipments, outside of the Continental
U.S.A. and Canada.
Methods of Payment
Methods of payment we accept are
PayPal, International money orders
and certified cheques. If
you would like to make payment by a
money order or certified cheque please

Currently, our Shopping
Cart service (PayPal) does not automatically
calculate taxes for Canadian residents.
We have petitioned them to update
their service with this feature.
In the meantime, we are required
to send a separate invoice for the
applicable taxes.
Residents
of all provinces are required to
pay 5% GST. Ontario residents will
be invoiced an additional 8% PST.
We reserve
the right to ship by Expedited Parcel
to Canadian Customers living in very
remote locations in Canada. Shipping
includes internet tracking and insurance.
The shipment will be sent to the nearest
post office for customer pick up.
